At Cooler Master EU Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal RMA request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your box and drop it off at an authorized shipping point; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
